EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
● ELIGIBILITY || Exchange is available within 7 days of delivery.
● CONDITION || Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
● NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS || Customized or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
● Exchange Process:
● Contact our WhatsApp Support within 7 days of receiving your order.
● Share your order number and product pictures for verification.
● DAMAGED/DEFECTED ITEMS || Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
● RETURN & SHIPPING ||
● Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange.
● In case of a defect or wrong item, we will bear the return cost.
● REFUNDS || We currently do not offer cash refunds, only product exchange or store credit.
● CUSTOMIZED ORDERS || 50% advance is non-refundable once production starts.
● PROCESSING TIME || Exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item.
